Cheese making classes

Sweetwood Farm is a heritage farm dating back to the 1700s where the focus is on nurturing traditions. Classes are held in our farmhouse kitchen and focus on learning the practical as well as some of the technical nuances of cheese making for home use. Everyday ingredients and materials are emphasized. Both cow and goats milk are used. Emphasis is on fresh cheeses though other classes are possible. We also provide private classes at your own venue or at the farm - tailored to you. Only a few seats remain in the March 30th and April 13th dates, message us for more info or to book. Participation fee is $110.
