Inner Transition is a fundamental component of the Transition Initiative process. It is one of the most difficult yet ultimately one of the most important elements to include comprehensively for genuine, lasting progress. Ways are needed to vitalize this here in Nova Scotia as much as anywhere else in the world.

One area particularly needing attention is that in groups we easily loose our moment-to-moment connection to empathy and uplifted aspirations. Practices are needed to bring us back to heart intention. What practices can start a meeting, day or workday? What practices are helpful for conclusions?  What practices are helpful during meetings, days, etc. when need arises for help in working though issues?  How can we formulate, organize, and share in an effective way for long-term benefit?  Through a facilitated process we will emerge with ideas to implement and share further on an ongoing basis.

This is a one-day workshop in a very interactive, participatory format for joint exploration. All are welcome. Environmental and social change organizations especially encouraged, esp. as teams. Pre-Registration encouraged but not required. There is no charge, but there may be some material charges to share. Bring your lunch. We'll provide beverages like coffee & tea.
