Learning to make Hard/Pressed Cheese

If you already make fresh cheeses and want to expand into the realm of pressed cheeses, this class with Sweetwood Farm is for you. We'll assume a basic knowledge of the workings of cheese making and expand to cover in detail the wonders and techniques for making aged cheeses. Every student will make their own pressed cheese, which they will take home to finish. An aging container and cheese mould and other relevant materials are all supplied.


Workshop cost is $125.
