  • Local Hubs with 5-8 young leaders (20-35 years old) per city, part of a national network

The Transformative Leaders of the Future program is designed to equip young professionals and students who are passionate about water and sustainability with a diverse set of essential skills in their ‘toolbox’ to increase their employability readiness. The skills and networks developed during the 9-month program are aimed to compliment existing education and experience. Participants will learn to: explore and implement new ways of thinking, act on creative ideas to generate spaces of
innovation, design gatherings for meaningful dialogue, and demonstrate their adaptability to varied roles and contexts - all while building new connections and friendships that are expanding professional networks.
